NOTES: This job has been in works for several months, Ordering special items, deciding on what is to be done, deciding on counter top, etc. Not many contractors will be willing to do jobs like this. Too much time in doing.. Because I live close and have been working in between other jobs , I am able to do this kind of job. I have been in contact with the owner several times a week , I have almost completed the kitchen. Will install the kitchen faucet , the disposal and finish the plumbing this week. The walls will need some drywall touch up and painting.. Completing the kitchen.. We replaced a Kitchen window in her unit in Sea Colony, ordering it thru American Cedar, Special order.. I took care of the order, pick up, and installation. replacing exterior and interior trim She had another person start the kitchen remodel.. I took over the remodel. Fixing all the mistakes that were made. Base cabinets were not installed and had to fix some of the top cabinets. Base cabinets need strips added to bottom so the counter top will clear the plumbing in the wall above the hot water heater.. Plumbing for sink not finish. Install hot and cold water lines and cut off values for sink faucet, dishwasher, and a outside faucet inside the sink base cabinet. Temporary corner support for the counter top.. Special order filler strips has not arrived yet. Several trips to open unit for other contractor… New range, template the counter top and installation on new counter tops.
